Overview
In this episode we will be talking about how the woman’s hair is her crown, her glory, and her covering. Whether you are single or married, God is always your Head.
Our actions on the outside can often be a symbol as to what is going on on the inside of us. And our hair is a way to show our inner submission to God and to our husbands.
In today’s culture it is common to make women feel ashamed for being “girly” or feminine. However, this is exactly God’s design and it is something to fully embrace as a Godly Woman!
What You’ll Learn!
- Should women cut their hair?
- How your hair can be a symbol of your authority under God, and to your husband.
- God’s design for women being feminine and not being ashamed!
what about the women that have alopecia areata and can’t grow hair? This made me feel cursed ? I am in touched with my femininity but I can’t grow hair and I hide my boldness under wigs, and that makes me feel captured or oppressed, so what should I do? I desire to grow long hair but can’t đ
If you can’t grow it out of course you are not cursed! I was talking about in some instances how it can show rebellion against God’s design for women, but obviously not in all cases. That is why I put more emphasis on the spiritual aspect of it and being in touvh with femininity on the inside!
Thank you love for your teaching I was in a relationship were he did not want me wearing makeup and said it’s not all about that and he was controlling what is your view?
The outside isn’t the most important, but it is still important. Obviously, the inside is what The Lord looks at and our outside should not be more important than the inside. But, the outside can still reflect how you really feel on the inside, and it is apart of being a woman. We love to dress up, wear makeup, and just be girly. If it was wrong God wouldn’t have put that desire in us. As with everything, we just have to have a balance. Enjoy being a woman and looking like one on the outside, while still placing even more value on your soul!
Amen, Sis. the word of God says it so be it unto us. That’s so true what the word of God says about the shaving of a Womens hair or even a young lady. I believe the passage applied to am female alike. My daughter shaved all her hair off without telling me first and when I seen her I said ok, because she is very defiant and always trying to attack my character in the Lord. So I said to her that looks good on you, and it did. But I knew that my daughter shaving of hair was against me and the God in me. And it could of been something else like you said inside of that person an identity issue. I do not believe in shaving of her head either, because I believe what the word of God says that’s a Women’s beauty to not touch shave the hair let it grow or out any razor or cut to it. When ministering to Women and Young Ladies that have shaved heads. My approach is different I try and stay focused in the soul the inner man first before I speak and minister about the body. I like to know how and when to plant the seed of salvation. 1 Corinthians 4:16; 1Corinthians 6:17 we must know and believe that our bodies are one spirit joined into the Lord, and bodies are the temple of the God, and the spirit of God dwell in us. All Women and Young Women alike must know this …….I believe if you know without a doubt that your mind, body, soul, and conscience belong to God you will take care of yourself accordingly based on scripture. Whether we’re single or married. I have a pledge/motto that I have always lived by since I entered into the fold, the Kingdom of God. If what ever you do, say, go, or even look at, or touch………….(Will it bring Glory to God)? powerful word. Thank you for sharing.

Good evening!
Yes, it is okay for women to cut their hair to maintain healthiness and feel good about it. I stressed and neglected my hair and it became brittle and broken. Now I wear a short natural feminine look and itâs easy to manage. It can be transferable to a different look. My hair is a symbol like a to cap designed to protect my head from the Sun Ray and give me confidence to walk out into the world. Iâm a plan feminine woman who donât go to the extreme of putting on makeup or lipstick most of the time before I leave the house. I lost my husband 6 years ago now. My âashamedâ state is âI donât want to draw attention to myselfâ. I applause those who look flawless and carry themself well. Thank you
Yes, this is the way I feel as well. I have had the same problem with my hair. We canât all keep long hair. I now use special conditioners and oils like peppermint, coconut, olive now to keep my scalp from being dry and stimulate blood flow in the scalp to help hair be more healthy. Just thought I would share. Blessings.
